Winter came back this week...and the light snow we received was frozen solid in place yesterday as it started out being 2 degrees!
Yes...it is beautiful...and I am COMPLETELY over winter (and snow) now.

Here in The States we now have 15 confirmed cases scattered through California, Washington, Illinois, Texas, Wisconsin, Michigan and Massachusetts.

The cases have doubled in the cruise ship off the coastline of Japan and several countries (including The United States) are planning to evacuate their citizens from the ship, and bring them back as soon as they logistically can.
Chinese virologists now believe the virus is spreading through building pipes as well.
And it is definitely transmissible while the host is asymptomatic.
An R-o of 2.5 (...every confirmed case is capable of infecting between 2 and 3 people...)
Death rate is now around 1 in 40 cases.
Recovery rate around 1 in 8...so that is good news.
Unless you happen to be that one, I suppose.
We should know more by mid-March on the status (whether it will be deemed just another epidemic or our next pandemic).
