Since the entire year has been spent in virtual African travel...it just seemed right to plan an authentic Moroccan meal for John and I.
An early Christmas and Birthday.
And what is more authentic than roast camel filet?
Actually camel, yams, a Moroccan salad, flat bread and a special dessert
...to paraphrase Hannibal Lecter...if I told you what it is called...well, you might not even try it...
Anyway, this week, the camel arrived.
I'm excited about the upcoming week!
Today is filled with scrubbing, laundry, dishes, finishing the decorating, dusting...et al.
Finished the turkey that Amber brought.
...and it was wonderful...
Now to get back on the house...because tomorrow is all about relaxation...football and food!
