1 ounce Coconut Rum
2 ounces Pineapple Juice
Serve over ice.
Belizean Breeze
1 ounce Coconut Rum
3 ounces Pineapple Juice
1 teaspoon cherry juice
Serve over ice.
Dragon Fruit Mojito
12 mint leaves
2 ounces dragon fruit
2 ounces rum.
1 ounce lime juice
2 teaspoons white sugar
Crush mint leaves with Dragon Fruit
Shake with ice and rest of ingredients.
Top with soda water.
