The Black Locust tree is fully orange...the Blue Jays seemed to have lost their war with the Crows and moved on...the yard is dotted with cawing black crows waiting impatiently for the farm across the way to bring in the last of the horse-corn...and I bought a bag of apples yesterday which is sitting on my oak table scenting the whole house...
also a fat orange pumpkin.
It seems to be the bane of Tux-Cat's existance.
He has jumped on it twice...and also swatted it furiously.

John is better...tolerating the chemo pretty well...fighting the battle of The Spots...and we watched Week 7 Games together.
