It's almost Spring...
Indiana is in that strange pre-season right now. The one where you are never sure if it is going to be sunny or gray...28 degrees or 75...raining or snow. But Spring is just around the corner.
The songbirds are back...the moss is greening up...the days are getting a bit longer and warmer...and the nearby weeping willow branches have taken on that yellowish green color before getting its lacy veil of budding leaves.
It's a process.
Celebrated Tina's 37th birthday with Chris and Lachlan...and pizza, pop and brownies (with candles)!
Lachlan is no longer a baby...but a 3 foot toddler, now.
Don...Chris...and LachlanWith Grandpa Brian's curly locks and Chris' big eyes with impossibly long lashes he has an alpaca appearance.
Walt Disney could have never dreamed up this cuteness.
Chris and Tina are wonderful parents...and he knows how much he is loved!
John is back out of the hospital (again) after a rough week and surgery.
Not cancer related this time...and we are grateful for that.
A gallstone/gall bladder attack/ infection.
Home and on the mend...and able to eat after not being able to without feeling really bad/being sick.
March is here...and although we both have strength to build back as well as muscle mass...we've made it through the Winter!
New stuff we are ready to try:
Progresso Soup Drops
and
McDonald's Arch Burger
Soon.
Working on this year's Virtual Adventure
JAMAICA
Grow some of the plants, try some of the recipes, check out the landscape, waterfalls, mountains, rain forests and beaches, learn some patois, and spend a few months virtually in Jamaica...get a rock.
Can't wait!!!
And...we've bombed Iran...with Bibi...who is now safely tucked away in Germany. I would wait to talk about this until the 20th's update...but killing an Ayatollah...and a lot of his family...during Ramadan...is just outstandingly stupid.
And now we wait...
