The laundry is churning, dishes are soaking, bed is stripped and trash-bag poised to begin The Great Cabinet Clean-Out before the crews start ripping the old ones out and replacing them (later) this month.
All of them.
Even the bathroom.
Essentially, by the time they are done I will have the equivalent of a new apartment...
Or maybe a nervous breakdown.
It's too early to tell.
It feels like Fall Proper, now...and Sofi is worshipping the little electric fireplace.
The trees out back are getting a lot of color.
Planning my Mums, fall bulbs for Spring, and some fat orange pumpkins soon...and have already sat on the patio in the crisp air and enjoyed both hot cocoa and had the first caramel apple of the season!

Watched the first Presidential Debate...what an absolute shit-show. The moderator needs shock collars or a mute button...or maybe both.
Who we need as the next Moderator.
Kind of anxious to see the VP Debate on Wednesday.
Unless you have been under a rock, you know by now that Trump and a large part of the GOP...no masks or social distancers...have contracted The Rona.
None of the Democrats.
Weird, eh?
It is almost like Masks and Social Distancing works...who knew???

And Twitter had to WARN people yesterday that anyone who tweeted anything near wishing the President dead would be summarily banned...lol!
Do you know how awful someone has to be that you have to issue a WARNING not to wish them dead????
(...for the record...I certainly do not wish him dead...not in office anymore...sure...a prolonged miserable bout with Covid...certainly...but no...not dead...that is far too quick and easy...)
