Yes...this would be ME at the Keurig this morning!

Had a great time at Nicole and James' Halloween & Chili Extravaganza last night...and a zillion trick'o'treater's.

Wiped out late last night...but sooooooooo worth it! Lost track of how many bags of candy we went through. Quite a few!

And this morning it was

The trees have peaked and are now on the slow fade to shades of brown before all the leaves fall off altogether.

My "Meet You Next Season", friend and I, sat out near a pond under a huge tree in a pile of them as they drifted down. We caught up from Summer and shared stories and hugs. Discussing kids and grands and, of course, the looming upcoming election...with more that a little trepidation.

Then came back home for Corn Muffins, Pinto Beans and Ham, Coleslaw and Sweet Tea and a Pumpkin Caramel Pecan Dessert with Whipped Cream. Harvest Food!

And so with November, Fall winds down...and we part again with

 "See you in The Winter"

...which really means when the snow flies.

A bit tired for Virtual Travel tonight...but sticking with the itinerary.

 Answering the question...

What the Hell is a Turkish Gulet  (pronounced Gu-Let) Anyway????

The definition: A two or three masted wooden sailing vessel used in Turkey for Cruises and Chartering.

An example of a Gulet Charter

So we say a huge "Merhaba" (hello- in Turkish)
to Turkey for the month and begin our virtual trek!
