Virtual Australia...but first...

There....now that I've gotten THAT out of my system (and you have to feel sorry for them, if someone actually LIVES there, you know.)

Yes. Dory and Marlin should have just consulted Google...they'd have been there in a jiffy.

First off...Australia is a long long long long air-flight from The States. And EXPENSIVE. And LONG.  Did I mention long?.

From here (IND) roughly 3.5 hours flight to a 4 hour layover in La La Land then approximately 15 hours from LAX to SYD...with 14 of those being in complete darkness over water.

All from Economy running $1695.41 today to
Premium which will set you back $2,260.00 for 1 person.

By the time you figure in taxes and fees...well, you have already saved a cool 3K before ever leaving the (virtual) tarmac.

When you figure in the hassle of the TSA...virtual travel is priceless.

Although they will entertain you  (the airlines...not TSA...well "maybe" TSA) and feed you throughout your flights.

                                                   Premier Breakfast

                                                   Economy Breakfast

Premier Dinner with Red or White Wine to Compliment your Entree

Economy Dinner (...hearing Tyler Durden discuss single serving friends, here)

But mostly you will want to sleep because, when you finally arrive in Sydney, dawn will be breaking and it will be 6 AM. And you will have a day's worth of serious jet lag.

But not on our trip today...get your munchies...forget the TSA pat-down and taking your shoes off and on...and we are on our way!

From LAX to SYD

See isn't that easier...no turbulents...no chance of crashing into an ocean...no testy flight crew....no crying babies...no passenger next to you falling asleep and drooling on your shoulder

and you see...

here we are!
